Quality Grabber is awful, and that’s putting it’s lightly I wouldn’t order from these scammers if I were you. I placed my order in mid-March and still haven’t received it (it’s now the end of April) with no shipping updates, when you reach out to address this, they give you conflicting information about the shipping timeframe (which never updates btw), and they refuse to refund your money when you don’t receive what you pay for. They don’t even give you competent answers when trying to get to the bottom of it or asking for a refund, rather dodging it and insisting the tracking info will update within 3-7 more business days, and after that time passes and nothing happens, they’ll just tell you the same exact thing. What a bunch of shady, scamming liars.

I think is time to apply for a chargeback with your bank. However, the process may take some time you will certainly get back your money.

Worst service I have ever has the displeasure of using. Ordered 2 products. First arrived 2 months later broken (no refund only store credit). 2nd is now over 2 months late and I am being told I need to go find it at USPS drop points near me. Dont spend a dime with this company!! Be warned!!
Quality Grabber is awful, never met such bad service. I ordered a multifunction “military shovel” in last Christmas and received it only in the end of Feb. A knife was missing and they said the customs didn’t allow it to be imported.
I wanted to return it, but they convinced me to take 50% store credit instead of return. Then they never sent me the store credit code. I asked them several times, they always told me that they will give me the store credit code, but never sent it to me.
Then they didn’t answer my inquiry.
